I'm thinking
this must be in the tribe Platyptiliini. There are so many similar looking species, that I shouldn't suggest a particular one. I suggest you browse this tribe and see if you can find a match. Or you can wait for someone with more expertise. (I suggest using the guide yourself... more fun!)
