that this is Leptinotarsa juncta - False Potato Beetle. Check in the guide here

You can click on the tab
for TAG under your image, and a thumbnail will appear in the upper left of your screen. Then click on the link in the word 'here' in our comment and you will be taken to the other species page. You should be on IMAGES, but if not click on that tab and a tab that says "moved tagged image" should appear. Click there and Presto! your image is now on the right page!
