Pine sawyer.
This is a pine sawyer, Monochamus scutellatus, judging by the entirely white scutellum. Nice beetle!

 
Black Antennae
The beetle that I photographed had all-black antenna. Most (but not all) of the beetles on the Monochamus scutellatus page have black and white antennae. Does this make a difference to the ID?

 
No.
Females of this species have banded antennae, males have solid antennae.
