Conopid on a high ridge - Physocephala burgessi

Olympic National Park, Hurricane Ridge, Clallam County, Washington, USA
June 28, 2016

I've only seen this conopid before in my yard, about 2,000 feet elevation. This one was on a ridge near the Hurricane Ridge lodge, 47°58'5"N, 123°28'50"W, 4900 ft Elevation.
