Omophron labiatum - confirmed male specimen.
This new state record for RI is added to the post-2012 caraboid registry. Thanks Aaron for depositing this male voucher (plus a female) in the PWMC.

Moved from Ground Beetles.

Promising Omophron labiatum
and therefore a promising new RI state record. Aaron, are you able to send me this specimen for verification. I don't have such a species in my North American synoptic set and so I would sure appreciate studying it. If this is a male, the dull elytral luster (mesh) supports your ID. Thanks!

Yes
I have two that I've saved for you. I'll move these to genus for now.

Moved
