Explanation of Names
Authors: Buhl & Eiseman, 2016
Named for the host midge (Vitisiella sp.)
Remarks
The single known specimen was reared from a grape leaf gall caused by a possibly undescribed species of Vitisiella (Cecidomyiidae).
