Azure
I'm pretty sure this is an Azure of some kind - possibly a Summer Azure. I would take it that it's ovipositing, so therefore, it would be a female. Compare it to this one:

If you also know what species
If you also know what species of plant it was ovipositing on, that can narrow down the species for the azures.
