Dolomedes? - Dolomedes triton

Size: 2 inches
My daughter took this picture in the pond in my backyard with her phone - we've been watching this spider for days, bummed out that it got a baby goldfish but very excited to see this in action. Could have more spots. Assuming it's a fishing spider, it goes under the lily pads for short periods.

Looks to me like
Dolomedes triton, but please wait for an expert.
