But this is a broad-headed bug. Note this lacks swollen front femora, while the Nabids have larger swollen ones.

Vicia cracca
I agree this is Vicia cracca, an introduced legume often planted along roadsides.

hmmm
I don't know off hand, but I can tell you for certain that it was the same species of plant that the adult was found on. would it help if I posted a non-cropped image?

If need be I can go back to the location of the photograph and get an ID on the plant.

Maybe the uncropped will let someone ID it (I'm not good with plants myself).
I would say the association between the adult and nymph is pretty strong, so it is likely this is A. eurinus.

Certain looks like the pod of some
legume, and yes an uncropped image would probably help
