99% sure of ID, but there is only 1 record in BG and it is a museum specimen. ID'ed with "Field Guide to Northeastern Longhorned Beetles (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae)" by Yanega.

There were dozens swarming a balsam fir log I was working on, accompanied by Monochamus scutellatus. I imagine attracted to the smell. They run really quickly and look almost like ants while on the move.
I collected a specimen and will take more photos of it in the near future and upload them.
