likely a Triepeolus
=Doeringiella sensu Michener (2000)

Thanks, John -
This probably means that the bee labeled Doeringiella should be on the Triepeolus page, since it was formerly in that genus, which, acc. to your note has been reinstated as a valid genus by Molly Rightmyer of KU (see Info page )?

yes, North American Doeringiella
are now Triepeolus again thanks to Molly.

She is with me now in Turkey, just viewed your photo, and informs me that it is of a Triepeolus in the difficult verbesinae group which she is now studying

Thanks to both of you!
I'll make the switch. Does this include the present one from RSABG, or only the Mt. Pinos bee with the pygidial area showing?

Epeolus or Triepeolus sp.

Thanks,
Adalbert!
