Cuckoo bee.
This is a cuckoo bee as well, but I don't know the genus. We'll have to wait for Dr. Ascher, I imagine:-)

I give up. This one is definitely too challenging for me! I'd rather lean for a bee distantly related to the former, but without being sure at all.
