Spider from south TX - Peucetia viridans

Spider from south TX - Peucetia viridans
Cameron County, Texas, USA

I know what the dragonfly is...but I'd like to know about the spider, if possible

Moved
Moved from Spiders.

That's a mighty big spider!
or an awfully small dragonfly. Any size estimates?

The dragonfly is a Blue Dashe
The dragonfly is a Blue Dasher (Pachydiplax longipennis), and they're only ~2.8-4.5 cm

Lynx Spider (Oxyopidae)
maybe Peucetia, Green Lynx Spider. I'm not 100% confident on the genus, but I am on the family.

I agree....
...with Green Lynx Spider. We have a lot of them; the abdomen often has colored markings that increase camouflage on the plant they're living on (in the same small area I've seen them with purple, rust-red, creamy, and yellow markings, each suiting the "host" plant)

Thanks so much!
