Beetle - Rypobius marinus

Beetle - Rypobius marinus
Block Island, Washington County, Rhode Island, USA
August 4, 2016
I found a number of these tiny beetles under a small patch of dry seaweed and reeds on the west side of Sandy Point. Sericoderus? See the other beetle species found in the same roughly 3'x3' patch here.

Rypobius marinus LeConte
Moved from Minute Hooded Beetles. Tentatively ID'd from specimen, now a photo-voucher. Thanks Aaron.

Looks the same as your other one, just a bit fatter (female?).

Moved from Beetles. Tentative ID from Doug Yanega.

Sericoderus are fuzzy
This one appears to be nude. Maybe Phalacridae?

Not sure
I don't think my idea was right but I'm not convinced yours is right either. I could be wrong though. I'm more or less stumped.
