Kukulcania hibernalis - female

Kukulcania hibernalis - Female
Lake Wales, Polk County, Florida, USA
An adult female with two tarsi on one palp (blue and yellow arrows).
Blue arrow is the original segment that was damaged (most likely a partial split) at the tarsus/tibia joint.
Yellow arrow is the 2nd 'regenerated' tarsus as a result of the damage.
So this specimen has three functional palpal tarsi.
