Eating aphids
Pennypack Restoration Trust, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, USA

I was taking pictures of the aphids and didn't even see the maggots until I got home. I assume that it is a Syrphid, probably of the Syrphinae subfamily.
The aphids are Uroleucon

Southeastern PA.
