Diogmites - Diogmites misellus

Diogmites - Diogmites misellus
Wolf Creek Park, Coffey County, Kansas, USA
July 14, 2007

Kansas Diogs are limited fortunately. And this black striped contrast with the pale thorax is striking. I am betting the central stripe fades into red but I cannot see it which would make this D misellus. There is a species D pritchardi that occurs in OK and TX that I have no information on.
