Good call
Although this is a very difficult view for identifying most mayflies, I think Leptophlebiidae is likely. It might be Paraleptophlebia or perhaps Habrophleboides. Being able to see the hindwing would help, but the claspers on this male imago do look like something in that neighborhood.
