Male - orange wings with dark tips
We can't see all of his key features, but this is probably the same species as your female, below. -- 11 flagellomeres and 7 abdominal segments = ♂
Note some of the differences, the femora are partly black and he has 4 pale abdominal stripes and she only has 3. This is consistant with that species. Also, the male's antennae are unmodified and he has a silver pygidal plate.
Tentative ID = Tachytes distinctus: ♀ (widespread range)
