Mosquito, Psorophora ciliata - Psorophora ciliata - Female

Size: 3/4"
Came home from work and this guy/girl helped themselves inside. This is the largest mosquito I've ever seen and I did not want it to bite me. It measures appx. 3/4" from tip of proboscis to the end of the leg. Is he/she really a psorophora ciliata? I hear they're aggressive?
