I have as Unidentified Porphyrosela Moth looks close to 0843 except leading white line is not swept foreward.

Chrysaster ostensackenella
This is Chrysaster ostensackenella. The area basal to the first fascia being darker than the orange ground color on the rest of the forewing is a pretty good character for recognition of this species.
