I have as Unidentified Porphyrosela Moth looks close to 0843 except leading white line is not swept foreward.

Chrysaster ostensackenella
This is
Chrysaster ostensackenella
. The area basal to the first fascia being darker than the orange ground color on the rest of the forewing is a pretty good character for recognition of this species.
