Size: ~ 7 mm
Small robberfly in the genus Holcocephala. Does anyone know how to distinguish between the three species?

They are difficult in photos but abdominalis has the reddish yellow to yellowish abdomen and does not have the narrowed or coarctate abdomen (as in H. calva). H. abdominalis also has the clear wingtips and darker wings. H. fusca has white occipital hairs and a dark brown abdomen. This is likely H. abdominalis.
