Cixiidae
That's about as far as I can help you. Compare with the ones in the guide.

Not the best image..
Thanks, Tom, not my best work, but it was sooooo dark outside my camera couldn't focus properly. Your shots are alwyas the envy of others. Good job with your contributions photographically, and in this case helping with ID also.
