2642 - Tebenna silphiella
Identified by Terry Harrison at Univ. of Illinois. Terry says that the angle and folds of the wing confuses the situation, but he has no doubt of it being this species. There is considerable variation in this species and this photo is a nice contribution toward the demonstration of it.

I tried to move the image to Tebenna silphiella, but there doesn't seem to be page for them.

Looks Like a Tebenna Moth [Choreutidae]
... and a species not seen here previously. Will try to get it run down to species.
