Our feeling is that people should call
a creature by an English name that is meaningful to them. We hate it when folks try to legislate English names. You may have to change to a more common English name or the scientific name to communicate with others, but in your local community, you can call it what you like. :)
Enjoy!

an obvious name
Green-backed spider eh? That seems too simple!
