). In same area as the

Megachile looks right to me
But I'm no expert. Suggestion: Post unknown bees to ID Request initially, then move to Bees section after a couple of days.

Very few of the Megachile go to species
as I discovered yesterday. Apparently, there among those all-to-frequent insects that must be in hand to be IDed. If no action on this in a few more days, I'd say you're safe moving it to Megachile.
