Some kind of conehead katydid - Neoconocephalus - female

Some kind of conehead katydid - Neoconocephalus - Female
orlando, orange County, Florida, USA
September 25, 2016
Size: Approx. 3-4 inches
I found this little guy when I was cutting the grass at my house. I scared him and he flew out of a bunch of tall grass and landed on my door. It looks kind of like a blade of St. Augustine grass, which is exactly the kind of grass it was hiding in. Not sure of the species.
