Teneral dancer
This is a teneral blue-form female dancer, either a Blue-fronted (Argia apicalis) or Powdered (A. moesta) judging by the thoracic pattern. Without a more focused shot of the wing venation or a really good size reference, I'm not sure how to ID a teneral individual.
