Size: Maybe around 13 mm?
Measured from center of the eyes to the wingtips.

I've never been able to get one from my yard IDed, but who knows...

This is likely Panorpa confus
This is likely Panorpa confusa (previously Paorpa rufecens) based on the one faint submarginal spot on the wings, other bands on the wings, and the locality.
