Pirate spider - Mimetidae
Looks good to me. I've recently compiled all the spider egg sac descriptions I could find, and pirate spider egg sacs are roughly spherical with an irregular covering of loose, brownish or orange silk, and hang by an ~ inch-long thread. There aren't many other types of spider egg sacs that hang by a thread like that, and I don't think any of them have a loose covering.
Ero
species are described as having brown silk, while
Mimetus hesperus
is bright orange, as this one appears to be... but I'm sure there are many species for which I don't have descriptions.
