Size: Approximately 0.030 inch
Thanks for this great site! I've been searching for this little guy in a number of websites and books, but no luck. The only reason it caught my attention is that it flew past my face and landed on a boxwood hedge near me while I was bug hunting with my camera. Any help is appreciated.

Probably Aleyrodidae.
