found on Queen Anne's. I had thought this to be a Thread-waisted Wasp. However I have a feeling it is not

Abdomen is normal - Ichneumonid Wasp
Such a blunt end is widespread among Ichneumoninae male, to which this insect belong: this is no thread-waisted Wasp Color pattern can sometimes be misleading.
