It sure looks like this is the Salt and Pepper Microcaddis.

Tom, I believe that this and and your other image ( here ) are probably Agraylea multipunctata. The only examples of the adults that I could find for comparison are images identified by Igor Baryshev of the Karelian Research Center in Russia (example 1, example 2).

There are only a few species of Agraylea in North America, and A. multipunctata is probably the most widespread and common. It is the only Agraylea species that I see listed for MA. There seems to be some debate in the scientific literature about whether the North American species represents Holarctic distribution of a single species or whether it should be designated as A. fraterna. Most sources seem to list it as the former, with A. fraterna as a synonym.
