WHile everyone was staring at a momma bear and cubs I noticed these mayflies everywhere

Little baetids
Both of the pictures appear to show a little female imago of the family Baetidae. The family ID is based on size, two tails, and the apparent lack of hindwings (either absent or minute). The stage and gender ID is based on hyaline wings and small eyes/normal forelegs.
