Found resting on a young moonflower plant in my garden. Was facinated by the gold and bronze color. When disturbed it would jump from the leaf leaving a "string" in which to climb back up on.

Moved from Spiders.

Oxynopidae
Definitely an oxynopid (lynx spider). I'm guessing Oxyopes salticus. I get this species every now and then and initially it always throws me for a loop. Beautiful animal.
