Wasp sp? - Tomocerus minor

Size: 1/8 inch
Found this under a piece of white oak bark.
It has clear wings and moved very quickly.

Tomocerus minor
Note: Collembola do not have wings.
The metallic appearance is caused by the numerous tiny transparant scales the body is covered with.
