Soldier Fly at Wolf Ridge Bug Meet - Stratiomys - Male

Attractive soldier fly on Yarrow. Genus Odontomyia perhaps, or maybe Hedriodiscus? ID help appreciated. I'm assuming male given the holoptic eyes.
