Hopper on Light Pole, Wolf Ridge Bug Meet - Oliarus

Hopper on Light Pole, Wolf Ridge Bug Meet - Oliarus
Wolf Ridge Environmental Learning Center, Near Finland, Lake County, Minnesota, USA
July 21, 2007
Size: 5.9 mm to rear of wings
A nice break from the blacklighting at the Wolf Ridge BugGuide meeting was to check the wooden light posts. That's where I found this hopper. It measured 5.9 mm from the front of the eyes to the rear of the wings (somewhat less to the rear of the abdomen).

Cixiidae, right? Looks somewhat similar to Cixius pini in Stephen Marshall's book, though the markings are different. ID help appreciated.
