Some sort of moth?!?! - Hypercompe permaculata

Size: 3/4 of an inch
I knwo it must be a type of Leopord Moth but it isnt like any of the other moths I have seen, it has completelt SOLID spots and it dosent have a patern. Some of them also have orange on there head. I would like to know everything about these exact moths if possible.

The Hypercompe permaculata seems to be it.Thanks!Now I jsut need to figure out what is the orange stuff on the other guys head? :(

Looks
like Fall Webworm Moth. Very similar to the Leopard. :)
