March Flies (mating)
This might be a pair of
Bibio longipes
, but the male, which is the one on the bottom, is hard to see and partly-cropped out. (fall species, eastern range) The second image is a close-up of the female.

Thanks for the ID, I Believe.
I though the other was a March fly, but I have no idea that the female looked like this.
I added a photo of the the male fly.
