Bee Fly with incomplete crossveins - Anthrax larrea

Bee Fly with incomplete crossveins - Anthrax larrea
Tonopah Desert, Maricopa County, Arizona, USA
April 7, 2015
Size: about 1cm
This looks like the wings of Anthrax larrea, but I didn't get any better shots of it. I filmed it for just a few seconds.
The abdominal patterns cannot be seen very well from this angle, but the wing veins and also the wing's dark coloring marks are fairly unique to this species in the south-western range.
