Identification
Paler than O. germinationis, mostly yellow with a dark median stripe on the abdomen.
Abdomen with dark median stripe which tapers almost uniformly from anterior margin of tergite cwo to posteri,or margin of tergite four; male, apex of cercus with dense, short, stiff black setulae.
Range
Native to Europe, first collected in North America in 1948. Now widespread.
