Female - Leaf-cutter Bee
This might be something close to a female Pugnacious Leaf-cutter Bee, Megachile pugnata pugnata, but hold on for an expert. (widespread eastern)

Yes, I noticed
The wings are sightly dark and the foreleg is blocking the view of the spine. So, I'm not really sure. What about the light coloring of the leg parts?
