Female - Leaf-cutter Bee
This might be something close to a female Pugnacious Leaf-cutter Bee, Megachile pugnata pugnata, but hold on for an expert. (widespread eastern)

Yes, I noticed
The wings are sightly dark and the foreleg is blocking the view of the spine. So, I'm not really sure. What about the light coloring of the leg parts?

pale legs found in inimica inimica ie typical subdpecied of SE
But legs dark enough so this one is likely expected form sayi
