Cerotainia macrocera?
Thanks Edward. I think you're right. I should have looked further.

C. albipilosa and C. macrocera both look pretty good. The time of year seems to fit C. macrocera better although the hairs are very pale. I added another shot taken from a slighly higher angle and it appears even whiter and hairier.
