June 5, 2016: Sylvia Carter collected stem galls on Dogwood, Cornus sp., at the Loess Hills Prairie Seminar (LHPS)
June 12, 2016: found this larva while resorting rearing jars
Although not the same species of Dogwood, BG Info says Flowering Dogwood, Cornus florida, is one of the host plants for the Spring Azure, Celastrina ladon
