Sminthurinus atrapallidus
Note ant.4 longer than ant.3. In Dicyrtomidae ant.4 is shorter than ant.3.
atra = dark, black and refers to the dark body
pallida = pale, white and refers to the pale legs + antennae
Note also the short white 'eyebrow'.
