Lousy images, I know. Don't thinkit's a leafhopper, but didn't see it among the planthoppers either.

Catonia
The large wing overlap indicates Achilidae. The long, narrow second anteapical cell is characteristic of Catonia; but you need to see the facial pattern to tell the species.
