This is a Leptogaster sp. --
This is a Leptogaster sp. -- not Leptopteromyia americana. Wing venation would be big difference but not enough seen. Compare legs of your Leptogaster sp. with Leptopteromyia: Photo#1140027.

Details of head and genitalia must be examined before species can be identified further.
