Baetis tricaudatus
Hi Mark-

I believe this mayfly nymph to be Baetis tricaudatus. However, 12 mm seems too long. Is that just an estimate, or is it an actual measurement from the front of the head to the end of the abdomen, not including the length of the tails?

Yes, estimate
Now that you mention it, it was probably more in the 7-8 mm range.
