Definitely a Wandering Glider male
Pantala based on wide hindwing bases, kind of triangular-shaped profile of thorax+abdomen, and two-toned eyes (grayish with red on top). P. flavescens based on the yellow body coloring, hint of a yellow face, slight amber at the wingtips, and lack of conspicuous dark spots at the base of the hindwings (which would point toward P. hymenaea).
